The Department did not fully comply with federal requirements related to the Vocational Rehabilitation Program, Children's Health Insurance Program, and Medicaid Program. Instances of noncompliance included making overpayments to medical providers and errors with enrolling and terminating medical providers. In addition, management did not take full correction action on prior recommendations for the Vocational Rehabilitation, Medicaid, and Substance Abuse programs.
