The North Carolina Office of the State Auditor (OSA) is a constitutional office of the State of North Carolina. OSA audits more than $100 billion in state assets and liabilities each year and thoroughly investigates alleged cases of fraud, waste, and abuse of taxpayer dollars. The executive agency aims to bring transparency and accountability to local, state, and federal government.
