At the request of the State Board of Elections, we reviewed documentation submitted by Prism Systems, Inc. (Prism) in support of its claim for reimbursement of expenses for work on the statewide voter registration system. In conclusion, we adjusted the balance in the Disallowable Expense category from $38,240.93 to $48,855.67, reduced the balance in the Questionable Expense category from $45,154.78 to $22,753.50, and classified $89,518.22 as allowable travel and living expenditures.
