Investigators determined that a DMV Assistant District Supervisor - a law enforcement officer - sold and serviced fire extinguishers to some of the same automotive dealerships for which the Supervisor had regulatory oversight. The Supervisor's undisclosed business activity concealed a conflict of interest.
