The results of our investigation found that Fayetteville State University purchasing policies were not followed and were incomplete. The investigation also found that the Associate Vice Chancellor for Facilities Management failed to demonstrate a commitment to integrity and ethical values by dividing a $235,000 contract proposal to circumvent perceived approval requirements.
