We are pleased to submit this performance audit report of the North Carolina Alcoholic Beverage Control System. The objectives of this audit were to examine the current system of ABC law penalties, to provide recommendations on methods to strengthen the penalty system, and to establish a more standardized penalty assessment system. Findings and recommendations are included in the report.
