Our audit identified matters that are considered reportable under Government Auditing Standards and OMB Circular A-133, Audits of States, Local Governments, and Non-Profit Organizations. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources does not have a system in place that monitored the inspection process to ensure that inspections are performed for drinking and clean water construction projects.
