Elections

In accordance with Session Law 2024-57, the North Carolina Office of the State Auditor (OSA) appoints members to the North Carolina State Board of Elections and Chairs of County Boards of Elections. Additionally, all budgeting functions of the State Board are performed under the direction and supervision of OSA.
