On May 19, 1998, we received a written request from the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) to review the financial practices of the Cumberland County Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (CCDRC). Among other findings, we noted that the Executive Director of CCDRC had embezzled state funds. Other findings and recommendations are included in the report.
