Based on her estimate, we computed a questioned cost of $57,960.50 for a one year time period. The university asked the livestock specialist to repay $11,032.84 based on the livestock specialist s supervisor s estimate of the time spent by the two on personal business. The livestock specialist resigned effective May 1, 2001.
