Division of Mental Health, Development Disabilities, and Substance Abuse Services - Thomas S Retroactive Payments
This is a special review of retroactive Thomas S payments made by the Division of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, and Substance Abuse Services during fiscal year 1998-99. We found that the Division did not follow established procedures in setting the retroactive residential rates. Several recommendations are included in the report.
