Our investigation resulted in four findings regarding the Wilmington area supervisor of the Division of Occupational Safety and Health: He violated department policy both by viewing pornographic material and by drafting personal correspondence on his state computer. He requested that employees perform personal tasks for him. He loaned state equipment to a private safety consultant. His secondary employment created a conflict of interest with his state responsibilities.
