Pursuant to General Statute Sec. 147-64.6(c)(16), we have completed our special review into allegations concerning Forsyth County Clerk of Superior Court. We found five instances of cash disbursements that were initiated outside of the normal judicial proceedings and one instance of cash collection. The total of funds involved in these transactions, together with the transaction that led to the original charge is $80,709.97.The results of our review, along with recommendations for corrective actions, are contained in this report.
